Terms and Conditions

Show Details:
          Vendors must be open during all show hours.

Location:
         
Event Center at the RV/HM Hall of Fame
         21565 Executive Parkway, Elkhart, IN
          (Located south of I 80-90 at Exit 96)

Setup:
          Wednesday, June 5, 20249:00 am and must be completed by 5:00 pm.
           Lunch will be provided for vendors from 11:30 to 1:00.

Show Hours:
          Thursday, June
6, 2024, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
          Friday, June 7, 2024, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
          Saturday, June 8, 2024, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm 

Guest Interaction:
          We encourage our quilting and fiber vendors to interact with our expo guests with demonstrations of new products or projects in their booths.  Also, if you would be interested
in teaching a class, doing a demonstration, or giving a presentation during the expo, please contact Mary Ann Leinhart-Cross. (574) 596-0556 or  mcrosshart@frontier.com

Setting Up Booth:
  • No alteration of the Event Center may be made by the Exhibitor without the prior approval of Management.
  • The Exhibitor may, subject to the terms of this contract, arrange the Premises in the manner deemed by him best fitted for displaying, demonstrating and selling his goods and services.
  • Feel free to advertise the Quilt & Fiber Expo on your website and media as well, links available upon request.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT INFORMATION:

Booth space will only be assigned with receipt of This Application agreeing to the Terms and Conditons and payment of Deposit using payment button at bottom of the page.  Booth assignments are made on a first-come/first-served basis.
